HI WE ARE CONNEXION ARCHITECTURE PRACTISE BASED IN HULME

 

 

 

We are a theoretical practice within the MSA Praxis atelier at the Manchester School of Architecture.

 

Our practice believes the most important thing to consider when planning an intervention into an area is to work with the client as well as the surrounding community to design something that both can be happy with first and foremost.

 

As architects, the idea that unites us is our desire to use our skills to help people.

We want to avoid putting our artistic expression above the needs of the people that will be interacting with our work on a daily basis and we want to design for and with the people that will be traversing the spaces we design and artistic expression shouldn’t trump that.

 

We are architects who believe that if you are familiar with the people around you, Interact with your neighbours, getting to know them, it’ll feel more like home in your community and make you more invested in that community.

 

We are made up of people from various different parts of the world. We want to use our different perspectives to try and find the most appropriate ways to tackle different issues and engage with the people of Hulme.
